Living in an apartment while attending Spanish lessons in Spain

If you are coming to Alicante or Vitoria with your friends or family or if you want to share the apartment with classmates, and you want to live in the very heart of the city, near the beach and the Spanish school, you can choose this type of accommodation.

• Accommodation only.
• Different kinds of apartment:
  - a studio for 1 person,
  - a studio for 1
  - 2 people,
  - an apartment for 2 - 3 people.
• With kitchen and the basic services to prepare meals.
• With bed linen and towels.
• Free cleaning service from Monday to Saturday in the studios.
• Final cleaning service: 30-40 euros.
• A deposit of 150 Euro is required. Any costs for repairs are deducted from the deposit on the last day of your stay.
• The maximum distance between the house and the school is 40 minutes on foot or 10-15 minutes by bus.
  

Living in a apartment

All the studios and apartments have fully equipped kitchens, full bathrooms, washing machines, televisions and air-conditioning. All of them have towels and bed linen.

Bed linen, towels, the electricity and water expenses and the weekly cleaning service of the apartment are included in price.

Payment is made to ZADOR Spanish languages schools,including the deposit.

Payments

The accommodation payment is made together with the payment of the Spanish course and the rest of the contracted services in the enrolment form before starting the Spanish language course.

The same conditions apply for long-term Spanish courses.
