Accommodation in shared flat

Living in a Shared flat while attending Spanish lessons in Spain

This is a way to live with and meet other Spanish people or people from different countries. If independence is an important requirement for you, if you are coming with friends or if your stay will be long, this could be the appropriate option.

This type of accommodation has an important advantage: you can live with other people, practice the language and, at the same time, enjoy more freedom coming and going.

Characteristics

• Available all year.
• Minimum stay 1 week.
• Accommodation only.
• Single or double room.
• Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.
• Arrival on Sunday and departure on Saturday.
• Consult for extra nights.
• A deposit of 150 Euro is required. Any costs for repairs are deducted from the deposit on the last day of your stay.
• The maximum distance between the house and the school is 40 minutes on foot or 10-15 minutes by bus.
  

Living in a shared flat

The flats are well located, with a maximum distance of 25-30 minutes on foot from the school and 10 minutes by bus.Students have their own room and share the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom.

The flats have a washing machine, fridge and television. In some of them and depending on the length of your stay, you are given bed linen, but in others, you are not. You must always bring your own towels.

You can arrange for cleaning, shopping and cooking with your flat mates, or you can go your own way.

You will have your own key.

A week before your arrival you will be sent all the information related to the shared flat you will live in.

Payments

The accommodation payment is made together with the payment of the course and the rest of the contracted services in the enrolment form before starting the course.

The same conditions apply for long-term courses.
